Awards, press articles or other marketing gimmicks are not displayed nor used as marketing tools. We do not subscribe to any pseudo companies which sell their emblems or awards. We feel that this insults the intelligence of the guest. Our success is based on satisfying one guest at a time, and the return visits of our customers. The Restaurant proactively guarantees each dish. If the guest is not satisfied, the dish will not be charged.
We appreciate and ask for guests’ comments. We take them seriously into consideration in order to improve the operations of the restaurant. William’s personal cell phone is on the menu and he will always make time to talk to the guests.
