The RestaurantHistoryBarcelona Tapas opened on December 31st, 2000, located above the home of the owner William Carballo. The property was purchased as a vacant lot in 1995 by William Carballo. The next year, he decided to build a three-unit rental apartment. The original plan was created by William Carballo.
The roof was converted into the actual restaurant and later the floor just below the restaurant was turned into a dining room too. Improvements have been made each year since, such as adding a new kitchen, bar, opening up the view, a cantera fountain and a modern wine cellar with more than 600 bottles of wine. |
